Department: Talent Acquisition
Experience: Two years
Role summary
You will connect with strong candidates, guide them through hiring stages, and build a reliable pipeline for priority roles.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels
- Conduct first interviews and assessments
- Manage candidate experience through each stage
- Build pipelines for frequent or critical roles
- Partner with hiring managers on role needs
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant system
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Confident communication and people skills
- Ability to assess potential beyond a CV
- Knowledge of current recruitment practices and tools
- Passion for matching people to opportunities
- Degree in HR or a related field is an advantage

Service Support Specialist

Department: Operations
Experience: One year
Role summary
You will support daily operations, keep documentation current, and coordinate tasks that keep service delivery smooth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Assist with client reports and documents
- Coordinate across teams to meet deadlines
- Help maintain quality and compliance checks
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Suggest improvements to everyday processes
Requirements
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
